Summer Songwriting Classes

Dear Friends, Fans & Family, Summer at last!   A perfect time for music, creativity, and SONGWRITING. Jan & JD are planning to spend lots of time here in the Roaring Fork Valley from June through August, a rare opportunity to catch their expertise for these on-going summer classes. (see flyer, below)  Whether you're a rank beginner or a closet pro, please give yourself the gift of creativity, music, and the art & craft of Songwriting. Group classes meet once a week for two hours.  You will also receive a free private one-hour session with Jan or JD as part of the class. JD Martin is an ASCAP award-winning songwriter of 5 Number One and 10 Top Ten country and pop hit singles. His songs have been recorded by many artists including Reba McEntire, B.J. Thomas, and Peter Cetera. Jan Garrett is a jazz singer, master music coach, wilderness vision quester and (yes) Certified Laughing Instructor who has toured with Steve Martin, John Denver, and the Dirt Band, and has appeared on the Tonight Show. Both Jan & JD have won New Thought, POSI, and Indie International Songwriters Awards for the past 5 years.  JD has multiple ASCAP awards as well.
